Gloria's background spans both the nonprofit and corporate arenas in far-ranging industries including political, religion, media, academia, hospitality, health, beauty, sports and entertainment. She has created and implemented revenue generating projects and cultivated long-standing relationships with many movers and shakers such as renowned celebrities, athletes, senior level corporate executives, high profile government officials and Heads of State.  A marketing and branding aficionado with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Gloria flexed her entrepreneurial muscles in her hometown of Chicago in 1993 when she stepped out on faith and became the CEO of her own integrated marketing communications agency, Diamond Deane & Daniels Communications Group (DCG). DCG specializes in experiential marketing, branding, public relations, community relations, crisis management, and incredible signature  celebrity and cause-related special events creation and productions. DCG is also the marketing and branding division of Gloria Daniels Entertainment.

Gloria began her corporate career at an early age in Chicago as an International Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a division of one of the giants in the beauty industry, Johnson Products Company (JPC). From there her career advanced and she become a Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Integrated Marketing of a worldwide beauty corporation where she was also responsible for managing the company's philanthropic endeavors, and a great deal of the Chairman of the Board's affairs while also being responsible for building and maintaining influential relationships as she traveled as a brand ambassador throughout the U.S. and Europe. Her branding and exceptional public relations talent helped propel the company from the concept of branding products and services at local promotions to global markets and being included on enviable prestigious "A Lists" such as the White House. While in this position she assessed that the company was spending millions of dollars on creative services with outside vendors, which led her to strategically create and manage an in-house advertising, public relations, talent and entertainment agency which she also managed.  The in-house agency became responsible for all creative services globally, which increased the company's profit margin as well as developed and produced well known talent. Gloria also is a motivational speaker on many topics but particularly the empowerment of women and girls. She is a founding executive board member of a nonprofit youth development organization. And, a member of the NCADV Speakers Bureau.
